Effective, May 15,
2009, the name on your airline ticket must match exactly as it appears
on your government issued proof of citizenship that will be shown to the TSA screeners at the airport. This includes your current drivers license
or valid passport, depending upon which one you will use upon check in.
To ensure that you are not delayed upon check in, Tramex Travel is
requiring that you advise us of what that name is, so that we may update
your traveler profile. If there is a name mismatch between your ticket
and you government issued ID, you could be denied boarding and/or be
required to have you ticket reissued at the airport for an
additional fee.
We are requesting that all of our corporate travelers scan and email
their government issued ID (Drivers license AND Passport) to Tramex so
that we may update your profile and securely store that
information for future travel. If you are unable to scan your ID's,
please EMAIL our corporate department with your full legal names as they
appear on both ID's that you will be using.
Send your email to
corporate@tramex.com. Please include the name of your company.
Until we have received this information, we will be able to only hold
a reservation for you, but we cannot issue the ticket until your name
has been verified via one of the methods listed above.
In addition, effective August 15, 2009, gender and date of birth will have
to be entered as well. If you would like, we can go ahead and collect
this information at the same time as the name information and update
your profile.
For additional information, you can visit the TSA website:

Thank you for your understanding.
Best Regards,
Tramex Travel Management
